A 2 bed terraced house with views to the beach we purchased in mid-February and completed the refurb just before lockdown has sold!
Not knowing how things would pan out but confident of the quality product we had, we decided to push ahead in the with the sale and put it up on the market, along with a virtual tour by the EA just before lockdown.
We subsequently received an offer during the lockdown and delighted the sale completed yesterday afternoon.
That’s another family sorted…
