Really delighted about completing the purchase of this beauty which we negotiated at a discount below the market value during the lockdown.
Very excited about this project as its a first of its kind for us so there’ll be lots to learn. Bungalows are well sought after and securing one in a decent location is a massive plus.
Work is progressing very nicely with first fix electrics done, new bathroom delivered, new kitchen on order, all walls stripped, sanded and being prepared for painting.
Weather for most of the week has been great (except stormy Tuesday), and we’re looking to get as much of the external works done whilst it lasts as forecast for next week not looking so great?.
Pleased with the progress so far and hopefully we can have it back on the market within the next few weeks.
