About

Our Mission

Tackle the housing crisis in the UK, one family at a time.

It is a well known fact that many people now accept they will never be able to afford the home of their dreams, a grim reality, born out of a chronic shortage of quality housing. Against this backdrop however, several properties lie empty and derelict, some for over a decade.

We are working towards changing that.

Bringing empty and derelict properties back into use, transforming them into high quality homes and a secure, stable environment for families to enjoy and creating enabling surroundings for professionals to plan for their long term future, makes a difference.

We have successfully completed more than 20 such projects and remain committed to do more.

Daunting as the task may be for us on our own, we are up for the challenge. Our aim, in addition to our own continued investments, is to educate, equip, enable and resource others who have a shared mission, to see property, not only as an investment, but the social impact they can make as property represents the only asset class that puts a roof over people’s heads, literally.

If you’re serious about making an investment with a wider impact in addition to the economic reward, do get in touch. By working together, we can create an exponential effect in providing more quality homes, directly and indirectly.

Shepha Properties is a UK-based property investment company founded in 2018 that specialises in transforming old properties into high quality homes where beautiful memories can be created.

We invest in old properties, distressed properties, carried out multiple residential and commercial conversions and through a sister company, recently moved into new builds. We help busy professionals and business people invest in property through a hands off approach or providing practical guidance through our expertise and experience gained from several projects successfully delivered.

Shepha Properties is supported by a team of local Lettings and Real Estate Agents, Architects, Accountants, Solicitors, and experienced build teams to execute the delivery of its property projects. Membership of the  Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) helps us to keep abreast of developments within the industry.
