Our Motivation
Shepha Properties specialises in the transformation of old and derelict properties into high quality homes. By bringing empty properties back into use and turning them into modern homes, we are contributing to tackling the housing shortage in the UK, one family at a time.

From our first property purchase – a turn key investment, to cosmetic refurbs, then major refurbs, residential conversions and our first commercial conversion, we employ a simple strategy of negotiating substantial discounts on property deals, adding value to them for resale/rental and reinvesting the profit or equity release (from remortgage) into new deals.
From research, analysis, property selection, to purchase, full project management to completion, staging and getting ready for sale, we have extensive experience to execute and deliver on secured deals.
