We love transforming old and derelict properties into high quality homes because, beyond the economic rewards, bringing empty properties back into use, and turning them into modern homes for young professionals and families is one of the ways of making a social impact, tackling the housing shortage in the UK, one family at a time. With experience delivering multiple projects of our own, and building relationships with contractors and merchants, we’re extending our reach and supporting those with shared mission and objectives.   

We were excited to secure (at a £10k discount!) and deliver this project, a one bed flat in a highly desirable part of Edinburgh, modernising it throughout and installing a new heating system, floors, modern bathroom and tastefully furnishing it. This created a real appeal and was snapped up by a young couple within weeks of completion and they have made it their home. Another family sorted.
