In business, relationships are important  and more so in property. Finding the right deals require employing different tools, both online and offline and this property purchase was a direct result of this. The property was being marketed by an estate management company we’d had dealings with in the past and following negotiations, we were able to secure the property.

It’s a lovely 2 bed terraced house with a generous plot of land an presented an irresistible opportunity for long term investment. Needing only a light refurb, we replaced the kitchen and bathroom, laid new flooring and redecorated the property throughout, turning it into a welcoming family home. Not surprisingly, the property was tenanted immediately after works were completed.
