Following on from our first project, the next project was a major refurb programme on a massive 3 bed semi-detached house which had no form of heating be it oil, gas or electric and the previous owners only kept warm using mobile heaters!

With it’s driveway, detached garage, generously proportioned room sizes and expansive garden land, as well as connection to all local amenities (0.6 miles to the train station, walking distance to schools at primary and secondary level) , the property had huge potential to become a highly desirable family home, but would require a significant amount of work to fully unlock the potential.

We carried out a comprehensive programme of refurb work, covering both internal and external areas, installed a new gas central heating system which improved the energy efficiency rating of the property from ‘E’ to ‘C’ (which meant a much warmer house with lower energy bills!) and transformed the property end to end. The property was rented out in no time, commanding a higher premium with an increase of over 50% increase in property value.
