Our latest project, this wee one bed flat was in our new investment area and was in a dire state at purchase. With damp and timber rot, no heating system and single glazed windows, it required a complete makeover. We stripped the walls, excavated the entire flooring in the apartment and carried out extensive damp proof and timber specialist works before proceeding with the standard cosmetic refurbs. We installed a new gas central heating system and new windows, kitchen, bathroom, flooring – the entire works! The property has been radically transformed and we’re delighted it’s going to become  a home for another family.
