Our very first purchase for 2021, we spotted an opportunity to unlock the full potential of this 1 bed flat by looking at the floor plan and reimagining the layout. With the size of the internal floor area, shape of the kitchen and the generous living room, there was ample opportunity for a conversion by relocating the kitchen into the living room, creating an open plan and turning the old kitchen into a second bedroom.
The local Council approved our proposals for the conversion and we transformed the flat into a smart, convivial apartment offering a modern living experience. Situated less than 10mins drive to the City Centre and bustling with several amenities including a superstore, leisure centre, parks and the hospital, the property rented out in no time.
