We were excited to deliver this project, a two bed flat in the West End of Edinburgh that had seen no real upgrades in nearly 10 years! With a limited budget and desire to create a modern looking apartment nonetheless, we went to work and pulled out all the stops on our creativity and operated a very lean operation to transform the very spacious 2 bed flat into a very welcoming and appealing apartment. 

Making good use of space, focusing on the essentials and employing some real nice soft furnishings, we were able to deliver a smart looking apartment with nearly £1k added to the rental value. With it’s location and current look, it will definitely be a hit with young professionals or a young family.

We love transforming old and derelict properties into high quality homes because, beyond the economic rewards, bringing empty properties back into use, and turning them into modern homes for young professionals and families is one of the ways of making a social impact, tackling the housing shortage in the UK, one family at a time. With experience delivering multiple projects of our own, and building relationships with contractors and merchants, we’re extending our reach and supporting those with shared mission and objectives.
